Music
Background music was provided by
George can be found on Twitter @mediocore, and joseph @tamegoeswild
We have a few of our own comments about this episode already: 1) it’s not Japan-orientated enough. Needs more japan-ness; 2) the background music was too loud, especially in the FatBlueMan interview section; 3) The sections are too long (thoughts?); the podcast is too long, resulting in the file size being a little on the bloomin’ big side.

Japan Podshow First Episode…
George and Joseph have released episode #1 of Japan Podshow, a lighthearted podcast covering topics such as Genkii’s virtual world for the iPhone, arriving at Narita airport, and that popular social networking gizmo, Poken. …
Great show chaps! At the very end when you said “Are there any listeners? I think there were at the beginning!”, I was there, still listening, so ner!
Thanks Nick, really appreciate the feedback! Glad to know that at least one person made it to the end!
Well done, fellas. Look forward to more episodes in the future. My only suggestion is that it could be condensed a bit more – it’s longer than any other podcast I subscribe to excluding Intelligence Squared Debates from NPR (US version).
Thanks Deas, glad to hear you liked it. Yes, we agree, it was too long. Ideally we’re aiming for under thirty minutes. …A learning process!
Awesome first podcast guys, well done! Looking forward to hearing more.
Congrats on the new podcast and long life to it!
Nice work, Chaps.
A decent bit of ear candy.
Any chance the links could open in a new window? My listening pleasure was interupted as I hurtled through the hyperlinks… just an idea.
Eagerly awaiting the next one.
BB
Thanks Paul!
Thank you Alex! Great to find your music on Podsafe Music, thanks for that! Thanks for the inspiration we got from your podcast too. Hope to meet soon. Joseph
Thanks BB, good point. Will do from now on!
Konnichiwa!
Welcome to the world of travel podcasting! We’re about to hit episode 100 and I never feel we’ve got it short enough. Edit, edit and edit again!
I’m glad to be subscribed and good luck with building it. We’ll give you a shout-out on the Indie Travel Podcast once you’ve got a few more episodes under your belt.
Thanks so much for the comment Craig, really appreciate the feedback, and inspiration!
I maybe useless with iTunes, but can anyone tell my why I can’t get the first few episodes on my subscription?
Thanks, rob.
As per my email to you Rob, the problem is now fixed and all episodes are now available. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Really working well now.
Great, thanks Rob
